Hello all,
in the near future we need around 1000 pcs. from the following antenna: SR4W030 (working at 2.4GHz). This antenna can be bought (normally) with 2 different rf cable length. So around 100mm and around 150mm. All are covered with an UFL connector at the end. So far, so good. We need (following our customers requirements) an SMA (f) connector (for panel mount) at the end, not the UFL one. Question: Can you create for us a "special" order number where we can buy it in the future (via Germany distribution channels or directly)? We may handout an technical drawing to you as we can create a technical data sheet later on for this "customised antenna". Also discussions about delivery time and costs... From my experience it should be equal, what kind of connector is at the end of the cable - the only obstacle is, that it should meet mechanical restrictions from smaller cable to bigger connectors like N connectors...
Our mass production will start in spring next year. Here we will order all antennas or 2 batches from 500 and 500 items. To the end of this year we may order 30 antennas with the new SMA connector - if possible.
Any ideas to our request are welcome, later on to my business account/business email.
Thank you, cheers, best regards, Thomas (Senior Hardware RF Design Engineer)
