Does the DC blocking capacitor affect the matching circuit?

No. A DC blocking capacitor only blocks the DC signals. When you calculate the component values of the matching circuit, the DC blocking capacitor is completely bypassed. Thus, it has no impact on the matching circuit.

The only time it may have an effect is if the component values are too low, as a DC blocking capacitor only blocks high values.
