Can I add a right-angle corner to my transmission line?

Having a right-angle corner on a transmission line is not recommended. It is best to have a rounded bend. But if that’s hard to achieve, at least have a chamfered (transitional) edge.This will help to mitigate impedance discontinuity and wave reflection.
