We would like to use antenna SR4L034-L for our new design.

Dimension PCB : 70mm x 45mm. Could you help me for the matching antenna?
I tried the matching of the eval board but the frequencies are not centers. and could you say me the impact of T1 (L4) in this design?

Hi Sylvain,

Please read page 27 of the data sheet for this antenna. You will need to implement and active switch to switch between low bands due to the size of your PCB. Section 13 explains the matching network for the active switch.

The component L4 is similar to the ground return of a PIFA or IFA antenna but allows you to adjust the inductance or capacitance to ground.
