What is the application of a single band antenna with 6 ports like this model for example: V3-65A-R3 ?
How can the six ports be used for a single band? Are they used to create three sectors with each one supporting MIMO 2X2?

Hi Adam,

Thank you for visiting our website. I regret that we will not be able to answer your specific question as it pertains to an antenna that we did not develop. The antenna you are referring to seems to be a base station antenna that has three antenna inside of it that can be used either as separate individual antenna or combined and used with smart beam steering software to enhance the user experience by increasing the signal coverage to a certain area of the antennas beam width while also blocking out interferers that degrade the user experience.
