is it any part number reference for ESD Diode D1 for VCC 3.3 Volt

Hello Kurniadi,

As per the data sheet "TVS 20kV ESD protection (Non-specific)" you may use any diode that meets the 20kV JESD spec. We do not have a recommended brand.
