We would like to use A5645 antenna with balun + CC1352P ti mcu+2.4hgz 

Our schematic is below.

So how should we calculate the pi network component values ?

We need help.

Usually the datasheet will have some recommended starting values to use that will get you in the ballpark. Then once your PCB is made you need to connect a VNA to the feedpoint of the antenna and from there you can figure out the values you need in the match.
