S parameters for SR4G013

Can you please provide me with the S parameter file for SR4G013, I'm wanting to run some simulations and it would be very helpful.

Just buy an evaluation kit, exchange the matching circuit for zero ohm resistors and make measurements with the VNA. This raw data then could take great to simulation.
