we are building a tracker device , we use SR4G031 ROBOSTAR ANTENNA with u-blox max gps module to get gps fix , we place antinna inside an encloser , come time it take 2 min to get fix some time 7 min we use orbit injection before geting device out and geting fix data

Hi,

There could be a couple of reasons to cause this issue, I would start with making sure there aren't any metal to the sides or on top of the antenna. Try testing the antenna outside of enclosure and see if there are any difference in fix time. If that fixes it then you may have to place the antenna on a different spot within the enclosure as the enclosure is affecting the antenna
