QUESTION

Does a twice as long LTE stubby antenna, positioned at 40 degrees, than a shorter one, positioned perfectly vertical
Hello, we are developing some electronics which includes a LTE modul. Its all packed into an electronic box and the size is restricted. We now have the option to attach either:

1) A "Stubby" Antenna, approx. 10cm, installed at 40 degrees from vertical.

2)  A "Stubby" Antenna, approx. 5cm, installed fully vertical.

Question: What setup should provide better signal reception/transmission?
