Component Selection for Antenna Tuning of M20072
Using the M20072 module on a small form factor project. Where would I start for selecting values for antenna tuning components (Capacitor C1 for AT1 pin and Inductor L1 for the AT2 pin)?

My understanding is that these help improve accuracy losses from nearby components and materials. Are these components absolutely necessary for the GPS to find a fix or will the omission of these components simply reduce accuracy?

Hi Sir,

The AT! and AT2 are necessary for antenna frequency tuning.

in most of the cases the antenna frequency will be shifted due to the environment, such as placement, PCB dimension, enclosure, and metal parts close to the antenna.

I have sent the antenna tuning process to your email. please take a look.

thanks
