Can i get I/Q data from the Receiver portion of the GPS module?

I would like to know what kind of information I can extract from the GPS modules. Ive done lots of research on ublox gnss chips and the allow the output of lots of information but only after the signal has been utilized. Is it possible to get the Signals after the LNA has been applied?

Hi,
To add to Steve's comments, it is not possible to get the raw digitised signals as they are internal to the chip, and routed on a high speed bus to the DSP on the chip.
