Hello,

Utilizing the SRFL064 in our device, testing passed for band 2 & 4, but is not able to even connect for band 12. Same thing with the antenna in freespace. The antenna does not connect to the virtual network, any recommendations or details about the test set up would be very helpful.

Hi,

Most likely this is due to the antenna placement (see data sheet section 10), or the host PCB electrical interface (see data sheet section 8). We'd be happy to do a design review for you to ensure both of these are optimal and/or identify any other possibilities for improvement. Can you identify which region you are in, e.g. Americas, Europe, China, Taiwan, RoAPAC? Then I can put you in touch with your regional FAE.
